 Core isn’t just about getting a six-pack; It covers all the muscles in your midsection, in the way down, in your lower back, and in your thighs. 

These muscles play an important role in almost every movement we perform, making core strength essential for both health and athletic performance. 

What is Core Strength? Core strength refers to the ability of your torso muscles to maintain the support and stability of the spine. These muscles include: Rectus abdominis:
